Returns Policy

As a valued customer of Hennessy Coffee, please be aware of the terms and conditions of our refund policy.

  • Hennessy Coffee will NOT provide product returns on any coffee making equipment including machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
  • Hennessy Coffee will offer store credits or exchanges on coffee accessories where: The product is faulty, the product does not fit the purpose goods or the product does not match the sample or online description.

  • A credit or exchange will only be offered if the goods are returned within one month of the purchase date, and the goods are in the original packaging.
  • You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that goods are faulty.
  • A credit will be offered at our discretion.
  • With your receipt. We will offer you an exchange voucher or credit on coffee accessories if the item is in its original packaging.
  • Without your receipt. Hennessy Coffee reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee accessories without presentation of your receipt.
  • Hennessy Coffee reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or credit. Based on these factors a repair, exchange or credit, may be refused.
